LARRY TERRELL
Chief Executive Officer, President
Has been associated with Ivey Mechanical Company since 1972.
His experience in the construction industry ranges from field training to estimating,
and management at all levels. He has the unique ability to work with and relate to all
of Ivey Mechanical Company's co-workers. Larry understands the business, its people,
and the projects. His experience and abilities are why he is President of
Ivey Mechanical Company today.

RANDY DEW
Chief Financial Officer
Has been with Ivey as an accountant and financial manager since 1976.
He is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Accounting from Mississippi State University.

DANNY BRUNT
Vice President, Human Resources
Has been with Ivey Mechanical Company since 1978, in various capacities from estimator and project management to division manager. He has extensive experience in hospital construction and has been
responsible for building and renovating hospitals across the United States. Danny designed Ivey Mechanical Company's Safety Plan and presently directs all
efforts to develop and employ a productive, safe workforce.

LUTHER BURRELL
Vice President Administration & Information Technology
Began with Ivey Mechanical in 1988 where he served in various capacities as accounting manager, controller and VP
of Information and Technology. Luther holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Delta State University. As VP
of Administration and IT, Luther will guide efforts for systems and technology as well as manage and organize administrative
personnel at all locations.

DENNY TERRELL
President Mississippi
Has been with Ivey Mechanical since 1992. He received his Bachelor
of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi where he majored in Business Management. While
working in project management for six years, he was named Manager of Business Development. Denny now manages the
day-to-day sales, marketing, and strategic planning efforts in order to develop new customers, maintain present
relationships, and ultimately exceed all corporate growth expectations.

BUDDY STEWART
President Alabama
Buddy has been associated with Ivey Mechanical Company since 1980.
He started working in the field while attending college. He joined Ivey Mechanical as a project manager after
receiving a bachelor degree in Engineering from Mississippi State University. Buddy now oversees the daily
operation of the Birmingham Business Unit.

GENE JONES
President Trinity Contractors
One of the original founders of Trinity Contractors which began in 1981. Gene led his company with proven strategies
combined with top performing teams, which resulted in consistent and profitable growth. His experience included
personnel, field operations, estimating, marketing and management of divisional offices. Gene is a graduate of the
United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprenticeship Program. He also attended UAB and Jefferson State
Junior College. |

RICK RUSHTON
President Fayetteville and Raleigh, NC
Rick started in the field with Ivey Mechanical in 1982 working his way up through the ranks to now serve as Division Manager of our North Carolina Operations. His 30 years of experience has ranged in the construction of athletic facilities, hospitals, automotive plants, manufacturing, and military bases. Rick attended Spartanburg Technical College for formal training, but his hands-on experience in field operations offers an advantage in project pre-planning, design development, scheduling, and quality control that can be translated into cost savings for our customers. Rick has a good understanding and respect for the people in our business and how a project fits together.

BOB COOPER
President Georgia
Joined Ivey Mechanical Company in 1979, as division manager of the Nashville operations. Today, Bob is the president of Ivey Mechanical Company's Georgia business unit. Since 1971, when he began his career in the construction industry,
Bob has developed an expertise in both design and construction of mechanical systems. Bob is known by his peers as being very professional, understanding, consistent, and
very persistent. He graduated from East Tennessee State University with degrees in Chemistry and Biology.

BUDDY McKAY
President Jackson, MS
Started the McKay division of Ivey Mechanical in 1983. Buddy had 23 years of mechanical
experience before starting McKay Mechanical. He began in the industry as an estimator trainee/draftsman and moved up through the estimating and project management departments to take on
division managerial duties in 1968. His experience in many different types of mechanical jobs helps make Buddy a major asset for Ivey Mechanical Company.

JIMMY ENGLAND
President Jacksonville, Florida
Jimmy has been associated with Ivey Mechanical since 1978. He began working in the mechanical construction
industry in the field, and has since served in estimating, project management, business development and sales.
Jimmy’s understanding of mechanical systems gives him an advantage in projecting project value and pricing of
jobs. Today, Jimmy oversees the daily operations of the Jacksonville business unit.

STEVE YOUNG, P.E.
President Kentucky
Steve graduated from the University of Kentucky with his B.S.
in Mechanical Engineering. He has been a Professional Engineer in Kentucky since 1988.
Steve has experience as an estimator, project manager and a design engineer.

CHARLES BRASHER
President Tennessee
Joined Ivey Mechanical Company as a project manager in 1978. With over 32 years experience in the mechanical construction industry,
he has taken on various roles in the trade, including manager of estimating and group manager. Charles has been the Nashville Division Manager since 1991.

JERRY CAMPBELL
Pre-Construction Manager Fayetteville and Raleigh, NC
Has been with Ivey Mechanical since 1996, bringing with him 20+ years experience in the mechanical contracting
industry. His background included estimating, project management and business development. His varied experience
gives him the ability to assist his clients in making the right decisions. Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Construction Technology from East Tennessee State University.

JACK VICK
President Texas
Jack has completed over $1 billion in mechanical construction
projects during a 30 year career. After receiving his formal training from Texas Christian University, he has
gained experience in all aspects of management as well as estimating, design, sheetmetal fabrication, safety, and
human resources. Jack is a member of American Subcontractors Association (ASA) where he has been recognized as
Outstanding Member and served as President for the organization for two terms. Jack currently oversees all
operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Ivey Mechanical Company. |
