The Lexington
Business Unit opened in 1980 and primarily performs commercial and
industrial design/build projects and projects requiring value engineering
solutions for Ivey under the leadership of
Steve Young. The Lexington Business Unit also operates one of the
company's three sheet metal shops. Lexington has expanded to include the
Louisville and Northern Kentucky areas in Kentucky. The three offices in
Kentucky offer our customers a full line of mechanical, HVAC and plumbing
services within the entire state and surrounding states.
Utilizing state of
the art tools such as computerized estimating and CAD drafting equipment,
our staff of professional engineers, project managers, installation and
service personnel are equipped to manage all phases of mechanical
construction. Each of the three offices in Kentucky operates a service
department, which offers preventative maintenance contracts and services to
our customers in the surrounding areas.
